Yesterday, I decided to surprise Dada with his favorite dishes - Salmon Sashimi and to make it extra special I got him a Premium Salmon Cake, sushi bake and Seafood Wafu Pasta from Salmon HQ.
I ordered through Salmon HQ's Facebook Page and received the order on my desired day and time.
We fell in love with the salmon cake the first time we saw it. It was neatly arranged and made. It's so beautiful!
The color of the salmon indicates that it is fresh and when we tasted it, it melted in our mouth. My husband kept on saying that his cravings for salmon was satisfied!
Inside the salmon cake is a layer of Kani, sushi rice with wasabi, and salmon bits. When we ate it along with the salmon, it added some flavor and texture to the salmon that melts in our mouth.
The sushi bake looks and tastes so good! It is perfectly cooked and oozing with toppings! You can taste the distinct flavors incorporated in it in every bite.
While the Seafood Wafu Pasta has al dente spaghetti pasta and topped with generous amount of scallops, shrimps and salmon. This pasta tastes so good that it became one of our instant favorite.
We will definitely get one of these again soon and we highly recommend that you should try it too, especially if you are a fan of Salmon, Sushi and seafoods or want to have an alternative and healthy spread for your celebrations or if you want to send a healthy and unique cake and dishes to your loved ones!
