Last September 18, 2021, Yamang Bukid launched their new product, Insulin Plant Tea.
Insulin Plant Tea was created from high-quality Insulin or Costus Igneus plants grown and collected by Filipino farmers in Yamang Bukid Fram and developed by a team of Filipino scientists.
Yamang Bukid grows its own Insulin plant on a 10-hectare farm in Palawan. These plants are certified as an authentic species of medicinal Insulin plant by the Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry, as some of these plants are considered ornamental and not medicinal. Aside from this, Yamang Bukid Farm is PhilGap Certified, which means they strictly adhere to the department's Good Agricultural Practices.
Yamang Bukid Insulin plants are cultivated organically since no synthetic fertilizer is used; instead, they utilize a blend of cow manure, chicken dung, dirt, and carbonized rice husk as part of the soil in which they plant insulin.
According to certain research and studies, taking Insulin plant tea leaves can help control and reduce the body's glucose level, making it beneficial to diabetic patients. Aside from these benefits, the Insulin Plant is high in protein, iron, anti-oxidants, and phytochemicals. It also contains -Tocopherol, a form of Vitamin E, ascorbic acid or Vitamin C, Quercetin, which has anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties, and Kaemferol, which can lower the risk of chronic illnesses, arthritis, and cancer.
Yamang Bukid Insulin Plant Tea's only components are dried and powdered Insulin Plant powder; NO ARTIFICIAL ENCHANCERS OR PRESERVATIVES WERE ADDED TO THE TEA.
To consume the Insulin Plant Tea, simply do the following:
1. Put a teabag in a cup
2. Pour 120ml of freshly boiled water
3. Steep for 3 minutes before serving.
