Ciabatta Made Special with L'Artisano Premium Artisan Bread Flour




Making pieces of bread for my family is one of the things that I love doing. 

Creating one relaxes me at the same time delights me whenever I see a family member enjoying my bread. Today I'm making Ciabatta for my family.




It looks complicated to make but it is actually easy. 

All you need to do is prepare the following: 

  • 350g of L'Artisano Premium Artisan Bread Flour 
  • 280g of warm water 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp yeast 



and do the following steps:

1. Prepare the dough. 
  •  In a mixing bowl add the warm water, salt, and yeast. 
  •  Mix until dissolved. - Combine flour and mix until it forms a bread dough. 




2. Proof the dough for 2 hours. 
  • Wrap the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for two hours 
  • Stretch the dough every half an hour for two hours. 


3. Divide the dough and shape it. 
  • Dust the surface with flour to make sure the dough won't stick 
  • Stretch the dough until you form a rectangle. 
  • Roll the dough and pinch the edge to seal. 
  • Divide the dough into four parts and set it aside for 45 minutes. 
  • Transfer the dough to a baking tray with parchment paper. 

 4. Preheat the oven to 450 F. 

 5. Bake for 10 minutes and reduce to 400 F for 10 minutes. 

6. Serve and enjoy!
